Storage inspections and temperature: Warehouse, silo and floating storage inspections, stock assessments and temperature checks. Problems surface before they become claims.
Non-GMO and IP monitoring: Monitoring of identity preserved chains, including flushing, from plant to vessel.
Cargo care advice: Practical advice on storage and cargo care.

Loading and discharge supervision: Attendance at every transfer: vessel, lighter, tank terminal, truck or rail.
Quantity determination: Independent quantity surveys on board and in shore tanks, at every custody transfer.
Tank inspections: Ship and shore tanks checked before loading, with a GMP+ cleanliness certificate where required.
Sampling to FOSFA methods: Sampling to FOSFA and contract methods at every stage. Official FOSFA analyses on request.
Additives and temperature: Supervision of additive dosing such as DMPS, also into trucks, and temperature monitoring.
